De J.P.C. El pasado 13 de Junio mediante comunicado del Centro de Comando Unificado ,personal de la Seccional 22 Salinas tomaron conocimiento que a un centro asistencial de la zona ingres\u00f3 un hombre de 35 a\u00f1os de edad (poseedor de 2 antecedentes penales por receptaci\u00f2n y estafa), quien presentaba una herida de arma blanca en la zona del pulm\u00f3n. En las primeras actuaciones el herido manifest\u00f3 no querer presentar denuncia, siendo derivado a un nosocomio capitalino falleciendo posteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Es as\u00ed que asume el procedimiento personal del Departamento de Homicidios con la Fiscal de Turno Dra. Busich, logr\u00e1ndose detener en una vivienda ubicada en calle Los Naranjos casi Los Aromos, a Carlos Marcelo DE LE\u00d3N BENTOS de 43 a\u00f1os de edad (poseedor de 1 antecedente penal por el delito de lesiones personales), quien hab\u00eda participado en el hecho, continu\u00e1ndose con dicho procedimiento en procura de lograr detener a un hombre de 32 a\u00f1os de edad, carente de antecedentes penales quien estar\u00eda involucrado en el homicidio. Conducido DE LE\u00d3N BENTOS a declarar ante la Justicia, fue formalizado como autor penalmente responsable de un delito de lesiones personales en r\u00e9gimen de reiteraci\u00f3n real, con un delito de homicidio especialmente agravado y muy especialmente agravado, disponiendo como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el t\u00e9rmino de 120 d\u00edas<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
