INGREDIENTES
<\/strong>\u00bd taza de manteca, a temperatura ambiente
1 y \u00bd taza de az\u00facar
2 huevos
\u00bc taza de jugo de lim\u00f3n
Ralladura de \u00bd lim\u00f3n
Una pizca de sal
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
2 y \u00bd tazas de harina
Para servir:
Az\u00facar impalpable, a gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREPARACION
<\/strong>recalentar el horno a 180\u00baC.
Batir la manteca blanda con el az\u00facar hasta que la preparaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 bien homog\u00e9nea, blancuzca y cremosa.
Bajar la velocidad y agregar los huevos, de a uno, batiendo bien antes de a\u00f1adir el siguiente.
Perfumar con el jugo y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n; batir hasta integrar.
Aparte, tamizar la harina y el polvo para hornear; incorporar la sal.
Incorporar en tandas a la mezcla de manteca y huevos. Batir hasta integrar bien la mezcla.
Con ayuda de una cuchara, colocar montoncitos sobre la placa, previamente enmantecada y enharinada o forrada con papel manteca.
Dejar un poco de separaci\u00f3n entre cada galletita pues en el horno se bajar\u00e1n y extender\u00e1n en di\u00e1metro.
Hornear durante 12-15 minutos, sin que tomen color.
Dejar bajar la temperatura en la asadera durante 5 minutos y pasar las galletitas a una fuente hasta enfriar completamente.
Espolvorear con az\u00facar impalpable.
