De J.P.C. Personal de la Seccional 20 Toledo que viene trabajando de acuerdo a la desaparici\u00f3n de Rodrigo FURTADO BIDONDO de 23 a\u00f1os de edad, siendo el d\u00eda de la fecha, realiza tres allanamientos en viviendas de la zona, donde incautan: dosis de pasta base, piedras de pasta base, 1 parlante, 14 tel\u00e9fonos celulares, 4 machetes, 1 cuchilla de cocina, 1 pistola de aire comprimido, sustancia vegetal, 35 municiones de arma de fuego calibre 38 mm, 1 balanza de precisi\u00f3n y dinero, ingresando detenidas 4 personas, trat\u00e1ndose de una mujer de 23 a\u00f1os, un hombre de 18 a\u00f1os, Fabrizio Yoel BOSQUE LAFARGUE de 23 a\u00f1os (poseedor de 3 antecedentes penales por hurtos), y otro hombre de 36 a\u00f1os (poseedor de 5 antecedentes penales, uno por rapi\u00f1a y los restantes por hurto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puestos a disposici\u00f3n Judicial, el hombre de 18 a\u00f1os es condenado a cumplir 2 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n efectiva, por un delito de suministro de sustancias estupefacientes, BOSQUE LAFARGUE es condenado por un delito de suministro de sustancias estupefacientes en reiteraci\u00f3n eal, con un delito de tr\u00e1fico interno de armas a la pena de 3 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n efectiva; en tanto los restantes recuperaron su libertad, estando requerido por este hecho un hombre de 49 a\u00f1os (poseedor de 1 antecedente penal por negociaci\u00f3n de estupefaci<\/p>\n\n\n\n
