Cuando est\u00e9 hirviendo, agregar el zapallo y dejar hervir hasta que est\u00e9 tierno. Hay que tener cuidado que est\u00e9 tierno pero no pasado, la idea no es que est\u00e9 como para pur\u00e9 de calabaza sino &nbsp;antes, que est\u00e9 tierno pero que conserve su forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Sacar del agua y reservar hasta que se entibie por completo. La idea es que en este proceso pierda tanto calor como agua y quede m\u00e1s firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Calentar la plancha a fuego fuerte. Agregar nuestras rodajas de zapallo a la plancha y cocinar. Primero de un lado y luego del otro, hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
