az\u00facar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g de manteca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tapa de masa de hojaldre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARACION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espolvorear un molde molde de tarta de 28 cm de di\u00e1metro, con las dos terceras partes del az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar encima la manteca cortada en cubitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar las manzanas y las peras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dividirlas en cuartos y colocarlas sobre la manteca, intercalando ambas frutas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los gajos deben quedar bien apretados entre s\u00ed, con la parte curva hacia abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevar a fuego medio unos 10 minutos, hasta que se caramelice el az\u00facar y se doren las frutas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, hornear 10 minutos a temperatura media alta (180\u00b0 C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirar y espolvorear con el az\u00facar restante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ubicar la tapa de masa de hojaldre sobre las frutas, pincharla con tenedor (para que no se infle) y hornear entre 10 y 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuidar que no se dore mucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirar, dejar entibiar y desmoldar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar en porciones y acompa\u00f1ar con una bocha de helado de
