class=\"wp-image-19258\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la tarta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400 g (2 tazas) de az\u00facar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>350 ml (1 1\/2 tazas) de aceite de girasol (se puede sustituir aceite de oliva sin problemas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 huevos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>450 g de zanahorias machacadas (hervidas, coladas y machacadas) ser\u00e1n 5-6 zanahorias grandes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>240 g (2 tazas) de harina de trigo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 g (2 cucharaditas) de levadura en polvo (como Royal Baking Powder)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 g (2 cucharaditas) de bicarbonato de sodio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 g (2 cucharaditas) de canela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 g (1 cucharadita) de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el frosting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 gramos az\u00facar impalpable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 gramos queso crema<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 gramos manteca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>vainilla c\/n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un bol mediano, mezcla todos los ingredientes secos (menos el az\u00facar!) y res\u00e9rvalos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un bol grande, mezcla el az\u00facar con el aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorpora los huevos uno por uno batiendo la mezcla despu\u00e9s de cada adici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade las zanahorias machacadas (y bien coladas) y mezcla bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade los ingredientes secos (ya combinados).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bate por exactamente tres minutos a velocidad media (si est\u00e1s batiendo a mano, ser\u00eda lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que puedes!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hornea a 175\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) por 60 minutos (o para cupcakes unos 25-30 minutos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el frosting: Mezclar la manteca (a temperatura ambiente) el queso crema y el az\u00facar impalpable (es mejor tamizarla para que no forme
