De J.P.C. Una mujer de 88 a\u00f1os denunci\u00f3 ante efectivos de la Seccional 7\u00aa de Pando, haber sido v\u00edctima de una estafa. Seg\u00fan relat\u00f3, recibi\u00f3 una llamada telef\u00f3nica de un hombre que se hizo pasar por su hijo, quien le dijo que hab\u00eda protagonizado un accidente de tr\u00e1nsito y que necesitaba dinero para evitar ir a prisi\u00f3n. El supuesto hijo le indic\u00f3 que un abogado le exig\u00eda 20.000 d\u00f3lares y que deb\u00eda entregar el dinero en la plaza de deportes de la ciudad. La v\u00edctima, acompa\u00f1ada por su nieta, acudi\u00f3 al lugar mientras manten\u00eda comunicaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica con el estafador. All\u00ed entreg\u00f3 7.000 d\u00f3lares a un hombre, quien tras recibir el dinero se retir\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente. Adem\u00e1s, el delincuente le hab\u00eda solicitado otros 250.000 pesos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal del \u00c1rea de Investigaciones intervino en el caso y, tras diversas actuaciones, logr\u00f3 identificar y detener al autor, un hombre de 24 a\u00f1os. Posteriormente se confirm\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n estaba vinculado a otras estafas, algunas con modalidad similar y otras a trav\u00e9s de la red social Marketplace. Puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia, fue CONDENADO COMO AUTOR PENALMENTE RESPONSABLE DE UN DELITO DE ASOCIACI\u00d3N PARA DELINQUIR Y CUATRO DELITOS DE ESTAFA \u2014TRES DE ELLOS EN GRADO DE TENTATIVA\u2014, TODOS EN R\u00c9GIMEN DE REITERACI\u00d3N REAL. Se le impuso una pena de 18 meses de prisi\u00f3n, a cumplir bajo el r\u00e9gimen de libertad a prueba: seis meses de arresto domiciliario total con tobillera electr\u00f3nica y, posteriormente, un a\u00f1o con residencia fija, control policial, presentaciones semanales y prestaci\u00f3n de servicios comunitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
