Luego de dos horas y media de exposiciones y fundamentaciones, el plenario procedi\u00f3 a realizar la votaci\u00f3n de forma nominal, procedimiento que implica que cada edil\/a diga su nombre y exprese su voto afirmativo o negativo. \u00a0La solicitud de anuencia se aprob\u00f3 por 28 en 31 votos.
