Explic\u00f3 que la finalidad de esta campa\u00f1a no es la multa sino la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito que muchas veces ocurren en los centros educativos por imprudencias de los adultos. \u201cNosotros queremos cuidar a la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, sostuvo Echevarr\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el operativo comienza 15 minutos antes de que suene la campana de salida, ya que detectaron mucho desorden en el tr\u00e1nsito previo a la salida de ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este sentido, destac\u00f3 que notaron muchos cambios positivos en centros educativos donde realizaron una experiencia piloto, a los cuales volvieron d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de haber realizado el operativo sorpresa con la grata noticia de que el tr\u00e1nsito estaba notoriamente m\u00e1s ordenado.A su vez, asegur\u00f3 que uno de los grande objetivos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte es educar y concientizar a grandes y chicos y, por ellos, destac\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1n trabajando en este proyecto durante todo el per\u00edodo de gobierno, donde mes a mes realizar\u00e1n un informe con los centros educativos visitados para \u201canalizar los puntos m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos y complicados que tiene Canelones\u201d.
