El Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica emiti\u00f3 un comunicado recomendando el uso de repelente tras viajes a zonas con dengue y advierte consultar ante la aparici\u00f3n de s\u00edntomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cartera difundi\u00f3 en sus redes sociales una serie de recomendaciones dirigidas a las personas que regresan al pa\u00eds desde zonas con circulaci\u00f3n de la enfermedad, con el objetivo de prevenir posibles contagios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El MSP exhorta a continuar utilizando repelente durante las 2 semanas posteriores al arribo a Uruguay, como medida clave para evitar la picadura del mosquito transmisor. Asimismo, recomienda que, al regresar al hogar, se inspeccionen, vac\u00eden y limpien todos aquellos recipientes que puedan haber acumulado agua durante la ausencia, ya que estos pueden convertirse en criaderos de mosquitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, advierte que ante la aparici\u00f3n de s\u00edntomas compatibles con dengue se debe consultar de inmediato a un profesional de la salud; entre ellos destaca: fiebre de hasta 7 d\u00edas, dolor de cabeza, dolor detr\u00e1s de los ojos, dolores musculares y\/o articulares, y la presencia de erupciones en la piel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estas medidas buscan reforzar la prevenci\u00f3n y la detecci\u00f3n temprana de la enfermedad en el pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
