Falleci\u00f3 en la madrugada del domingo por un paro cardiorrespiratorio Eduardo Bonomi, exministro del Interior.
Se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como ministro del Interior durante buena parte de los gobiernos frenteamplistas. Adem\u00e1s en la \u00faltima elecci\u00f3n de 2019 fue electo senador de la Rep\u00fablica. Estaba casado con la diputada Susana Pereyra.
Bonomi, de 73 a\u00f1os, fue integrante en la d\u00e9cada de los 70 del Movimiento de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional Tupamaros. Por este motivo fue apresado y liberado en 1985, con la restauraci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica.
HONORES:
El Poder Ejecutivo, a trav\u00e9s de la web de Presidencia, otorg\u00f3 honores f\u00fanebres al exministro y senador Eduardo Bonomi.
\u00abEn cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, el Poder Ejecutivo emiti\u00f3 este domingo 20 de febrero una resoluci\u00f3n en la que establece otorgar honores f\u00fanebres de senador de la Rep\u00fablica a los restos mortales de Eduardo Bonomi, fallecido en esta jornada\u00bb, indicaron. Adem\u00e1s, en el comunicado se indica que \u00ablos gastos del sepelio ser\u00e1n de cargo del Tesoro Nacional\u00bb.
El sepelio de Bonomi fue el domingo a las 18:30 en el cementerio del Buceo. El velatorio transcurri\u00f3 en la sede del MPP y luego en el Sal\u00f3n de los Pasos Perdidos del Palacio Legislativo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
