Mediante llamado telef\u00f3nico personal de la Seccional 7 Pando Tom\u00f3 conocimiento que en un kiosco ubicado en calle Roosvelt entre 18 de Julio y Artigas se estaba cometiendo un hurto.<br>De forma inmediata concurre personal policial, quienes observan da\u00f1os en el local y el faltante de mercader\u00eda.<br>Posteriormente el autor fue detenido por personal del \u00c1rea de Investigaciones de Pando, resultando ser Pablo Gast\u00f3n DI MATTIAS CANO de 30 a\u00f1os de edad (poseedor de 6 antecedentes penales por los delitos de rapi\u00f1a, hurto y receptaci\u00f3n), incaut\u00e1ndosele los objetos hurtados, estableci\u00e9ndose adem\u00e1s que hab\u00eda participado en otros il\u00edcitos cometidos en esa zona.<br>Puesto a disposici\u00f3n Judicial, fue condenado como autor penalmente responsable de 3 delitos de hurto en r\u00e9gimen de reiteraci\u00f3n real, a la pena de 10 meses de prisi\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De J.P.C.
