Ponerlas en un bowl y salar. Reservar por 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras, cocinar los huevos poco hechos (yema liquida, como huevos poches) para acompa\u00f1ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al dejar las papas ralladas, la sal fue la encargada de hacer que largue toda el agua. Escurrir apretando muy fuerte y pasar a otro bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar aceite o manteca, y pimienta y sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevar a una fuente resistente al horno con un poquito de aceite abajo para que no se pegue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar una cebolla cortada como quieran. Pueden poner queso tambi\u00e9n y panceta o jam\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horno medio por media hora aproximadamente y los \u00faltimos minutos m\u00e1s fuerte para dorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner los huevos con la yema cruda por encima de las papas.
