moscada y pimienta blanca<br>1 cuchara f\u00e9cula de maiz<br>2 cuchara queso blanco light<br>100 grs queso magro<br>100 grs queso muzzarella<br>100 grs queso fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><br>Cortar la parte superior del zapallo y limpiar las semillas.<br>Salar y agregarle el aceite de oliva.<br>Poner agua en una fuente apta para horno, colocar el zapallo y tapar con papel de aluminio.<br>Hornear hasta que este cocido, 1 hora aproximadamente.<br>Limpiar y cortar los puerros en rodajas.<br>Cocinar en una olla con la leche.<br>Condimentar.<br>Cuando el puerro est\u00e9 cocido le agregamos la f\u00e9cula de maiz y los quesos rallados grueso.Rellenar el zapallo con la crema de puerros y llevar al horno a
