A\u00f1ade la rama de canela, el az\u00facar y el vino. Deja cocinar a fuego medio durante 25 minutos aproximadamente. Retira las peras a un plato y deja reducir el caldo durante 5 minutos a fuego fuerte. Deja atemperar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirve una pera por raci\u00f3n y salsea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consejo<br><\/strong>Para prolongar la vida \u00fatil de las peras hay que conservarlas en un lugar fresco y oscuro.
