class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<br><\/strong>500 g de Acelgas<br>1 ud de Patata<br>1 ud de Cebolla<br>100 g de Pipas de girasol<br>1 manojo de Albahaca<br>2 dientes de Ajo<br>Queso parmesano<br>Sal<br>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ponemos a hervir agua con sal en una cazuela al fuego.<br>Pelamos la patata y la cebolla y las troceamos.<br>Lavamos las hojas de acelga y las troceamos.<br>A\u00f1adimos todo al agua hirviendo y cocemos durante 20 minutos.<br>En el vaso de la batidora echamos los dientes de ajo pelados, el queso parmesano, las hojas de albahaca y las pipas (reservamos unas pocas para decorar).<br>A\u00f1adimos un poco de sal y vamos agregando el aceite de oliva y batiendo para obtener nuestro pesto.<br>Por otro lado, trituramos las verduras bien, le a\u00f1adimos el pesto y volvemos a triturar hasta que quede una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<br>Servimos nuestra crema en platos hondos o cuencos y decoramos con las pipas reservadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTES500 g de Acelgas1 ud de
