Reserva.<br>Coloca sobre una charola las papas, sazona con sal y pimienta y roc\u00eda con aceite de oliva, hornea por 10 minutos, volteando de vez en cuando.<br>Bate el huevo con la crema y la leche, sazona con nuez moscada, sal y pimienta. Reserva.<br>Coloca sobre un molde para pastel previamente engrasado una capa de papas al fondo y en los bordes, coloca rebanadas de jam\u00f3n, el queso manchego y repite el proceso hasta llenar el molde, terminando con queso.<br>Vierte la preparaci\u00f3n de huevo y coloca una \u00faltima capa de papas. Hornea alrededor de 40 minutos.
