Bate hasta obtener una crema fina y deja reposar, una media hora. Mientras tanto precalienta el horno a 180\u00ba C.<br>Pela las peras y c\u00f3rtalas en gajos o en finas rodajas, engrasa ligeramente el molde con un poco de mantequilla y coloca las peras. Vierte entonces la crema, la fruta subir\u00e1, entonces reparte el resto de la mantequilla cortada a trocitos por toda la superficie.<br>Hornea durante 30-40 minutos, hasta que la tarta haya cuajado y se haya dorado.
