Este martes 22 de agosto, el Congreso de Intendentes sesion\u00f3 en la ciudad de Florida, en el marco de los festejos del aniversario de la Independencia que tendr\u00e1n lugar el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 25 de agosto. El plenario recibi\u00f3 al ministro de Industria, Energ\u00eda y Miner\u00eda, Ing. Omar Paganini, para conocer la ruta del hidr\u00f3geno verde. El jerarca destac\u00f3 que Uruguay cuenta con condiciones ideales para avanzar en este tema y dar un salto significativo en el desarrollo del hidr\u00f3geno verde y sus derivados. Para Paganini \u201cel hidr\u00f3geno verde ser\u00e1 un energ\u00e9tico muy importante en el mundo, y Uruguay puede ser pionero ya que tiene una matriz energ\u00e9tica renovable y condiciones jur\u00eddicas como para ser receptor de inversiones en esta materia\u201d. En su presentaci\u00f3n indic\u00f3 que \u201ces necesario recorrer una hoja de ruta, desarrollar algunos proyectos pilotos para aprender y atraer inversiones\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, se present\u00f3 un Informe de la comisi\u00f3n de seguimiento del SUCIVE y se resolvi\u00f3 por unanimidad otorgar una pr\u00f3rroga del beneficio de reempadronamiento gratuito hasta el 30 de diciembre de 2022, con el objetivo de que los propietarios puedan regularizar la situaci\u00f3n de sus veh\u00edculos. Durante la sesi\u00f3n se plante\u00f3 la necesidad de ampliar locativamente las oficinas del Congreso de Intendentes, fortaleciendo su presencia institucional. Para cumplir con dicho fin, se mandat\u00f3 a la mesa a avanzar en las gestiones administrativas correspondientes para concretar una soluci\u00f3n edilicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la tarde, la Comisi\u00f3n Sectorial de Descentralizaci\u00f3n aprob\u00f3 proyectos del Programa Fondo de Desarrollo del Interior por m\u00e1s de $254.000.000 y ampliaciones por m\u00e1s de $2.480.000. Tambi\u00e9n se aprobaron nuevos proyectos del programa Caminos Rurales Productivos por $133.507.675. Estos fondos buscan promover la descentralizaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de los territorios a lo largo y ancho del pa\u00eds.
