La Suprema Corte de Justicia declar\u00f3 Feria Judicial extraordinaria el lapso comprendido entre los d\u00edas 5 y 12 inclusive del mes de abril del corriente a\u00f1o (Acordada n\u00ba 8105, circular n\u00ba 39\/2021). En virtud de ello se suspenden las actividades procesales programadas dentro de ese per\u00edodo, as\u00ed como la atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, con excepci\u00f3n de las acciones que puedan cumplirse mediante medios telem\u00e1ticos.<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

La circular establece expresamente en su numeral primero:
La Suprema Corte de Justicia RESUELVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.- Decl\u00e1rese Feria Judicial Extraordinaria el lapso comprendido entre los d\u00edas cino a doce inclusive del mes de abril del corriente a\u00f1o, con los efectos que la misma establece para los plazos procesales( Art. 1.3 y 2.2)
Susp\u00e9ndase las actividades procesales progamadas dentro de esas fechas, as\u00ed como la atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico. No se suspenden las actividades procesales que puedan ser cumplidas por medios telem\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estese a lo normado en el art. 2.3 de la Ley N\u00ba 19879 (supuestos que se consdieran h\u00e1biles a todos los efectos) as\u00ed como al art\u00edculo 3 de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 12 de 16 de marzo de 2020, de la Suprema Corte de Jusiticia, con la ampliaci\u00f3n dispuesta por la resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 24, del 14 de abril de 2020, donde se declaran indispensables para los justiciables diversos procesos y actividades procesales que se enuncian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00e9ngase presente lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 97 del C\u00f3digo General del Proceso (y dem\u00e1s normativas que se remite al mismo) para la habilitaci\u00f3n de d\u00edas u horas in\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
