Vamos a cubrirlos con la ralladura del lim\u00f3n por ambos lados y reservar un rato, cuanto m\u00e1s, mejor.<br>Ahora vamos a calentar en una sart\u00e9n un hilito de aceite de oliva. Cocinar los churrascos de bondiola hasta que est\u00e9n dorados de ambos lados, no mucho, unos 3 minutos de cada lado. La idea es sellarlos bien!<br>Bajar el fuego y rociar las bondiolas con el jugo del lim\u00f3n.
