Puede quedar la c\u00e1scara si quieren.<br>Pesar la fruta y calcular un poco menos de la mitad de az\u00facar.<br>Dejarla reposar media hora hasta que salga un l\u00edquido o alm\u00edbar.<br>Llevar a una olla y cocinar a fuego medio tapado hasta que hierva.<br>Destapar y dejar a fuego medio hirviendo y revolver cada tanto. Le puede agregar medio lim\u00f3n.<br>Una vez que est\u00e9 espesa, sacar una cucharada, esperar que entibie y pasarle el dedo por le medio como se ve en el video. Si no se vuelven a unir, ya est\u00e1! La mermelada se endurece al enfriar, as\u00ed que hay que sacarla liquida.<br>En caliente, envasar en frascos, tapar y dar vuelta.
