Por Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 142\/2023, el Ministerio de Ambiente resolvi\u00f3 suspender el tr\u00e1nsito y la comercializaci\u00f3n de las aves silvestres y de sus productos, en todo el territorio nacional, hasta tanto se eval\u00fae la evoluci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n sanitaria respecto a la presencia de Gripe Aviar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La suspensi\u00f3n referida en el ordinal anterior no ser\u00e1 aplicable para los traslados que deban efectuar las autoridades correspondientes en el \u00e1mbito de sus competencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto surge a ra\u00edz de la detecci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds del virus de la Influenza Aviar H5N1 en ejemplares de cisnes de cuello negro (Cygnus melan- coryphus) que fueran hallados muertos en la costa de la Laguna Garz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El lunes 13 de febrero, a partir de una denuncia de vecinos por la identificaci\u00f3n de cuatro cisnes de cuello negro muertos en la costa de la Laguna Garz\u00f3n, se activ\u00f3 un protocolo de aviso e intervenci\u00f3n, ante la posible situaci\u00f3n de Gripe aviar.
Tras la toma de muestras, el mismo d\u00eda, por parte del Ministerio de Ganader\u00eda, Agricultura y Pesca (MGAP), se constat\u00f3 la presencia del virus de Influenza aviar H5N1. (COMUNICADO).
La especie afectada ha ampliado su rango de distribuci\u00f3n por la sequ\u00eda existente en el pa\u00eds y tal como se se\u00f1ala en la RM 142\/2023 la suspensi\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito y comercializaci\u00f3n de aves silvestres resulta necesaria para salvaguardar a estas poblaciones, as\u00ed como controlar la situaci\u00f3n en el territorio nacional, ante esta emergencia sanitaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
